Request for Proposal

The Hallettsville Independent School District Board of Trustees invites qualified vendors to offer proposals for the two following items:

-Door Access Control Systems Bid Deadline 3:00 pm January 4, 2023

-Electronic Marquees for HES, HJH, and HHS Campuses Bid Deadline 3:00 pm January 11, 2023

Proposal packets may be requested from Farrah Jernigan at [email protected]

The District will receive proposals in person at the Administration Office, 302 North Ridge Street, Hallettsville, Texas, 7796. Proposals received after the bid deadline will not be accepted.

Proposals may be submitted by mail to 302 North Ridge #368, Hallettsville, TX 77964, or to the email provided in the bid package.
